Liver: Borderline large liver with pefj biliary fibrotic fhanges
and diletation of the portal vein

G.B: thickening of the wall ofthe GB.

Spleen: Huge splenomegaly.no cystic or solid mass lesion seen

Pancreas: Normal,no cyst or calcification

kidneys:Rt:Both kidneys are normal in size,shape and structure. No
tones,tumour or hydronephrosis

Retropretnium: Free, no enlagd lymphnodes.

pelvis organs: normal
Uterus:

Other: No ascitis.

Rresult: hepatosplenomegaly with peri biliary fibrotic changes of the
liver and thickening of the wall of the GB. No sign of acute
cholecystitis. Suspect of sub acute hepatitis with huge
splenomegaly(hepatocellular disorder with splenomegaly)
